About the Practice
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board Certified Art Therapist in the state of Texas. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults experiencing significant life changes, and symptoms trauma, ADHD, depression, and anxiety. I have significant experience working with those struggling with identity, self-esteem, and difficulty regulating emotions. Utilizing a holistic, client-centered approach, together, we will help you develop the tools necessary for your healing.
I chose to become a therapist because I understand the feeling of having nowhere to go to feel accepted and understood. It can be so challenging to face life's struggles feeling entirely alone. It's hard to ask for help. It was for me too.
Therapy gave me an entirely different perspective on my life. With the tools I developed, I was able to better understand and navigate challenging and intrusive thoughts and emotions. Before I started therapy, like you, my whole life was ruled by the voice in my head constantly telling me I was never enough. With therapy, I learned to accept and manage my thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and develop a healthier sense of self that honored my value and worth. I began to discover my most authentic self and love the person I have always been and was learning to become.
You can too.

Therapy made affordable!
I accept most major insurances and provide sliding scale private pay fees.

Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
-
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
-
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
-
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
-
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
